Actor Dhanush had teamed up with director Karthik Subburaj for the first time for his 40th film which had been titled 'Jagame Thanthiram'. It is known that Dhanush plays a Madurai gangster int he film which has Aishwarya Lekshmi playing the female lead with Joju George and Kalaiyarasan playing supporting characters.
While there have been reports that the story of the film is about Dhanush, a Madurai gangster who goes all the way to London for unfinished business with an international mafia, the real story is somewhat a little different.
