Panic is an upcoming American teen drama streaming television series created and written by Lauren Oliver based on her 2014 novel of the same name.
Panic is the latest YA (Young Adult) novel adaption that will see a group of teenagers compete in increasingly difficult challenges. The series is being created by Amazon Prime Video with the show set to launch soon. Express.co.uk has all the details on the upcoming drama series.

The cast of Panic, which is listed in depth by EpicReads, is filled with mostly new faces making up its teen-led cast. The novel the show is based on has two leads, both of whom take turns narrating: Heather Nill and Dodge Mason. Heather will be played by Olivia Welch, who has most recently appeared in Netflix's Unbelievable and will appear in the upcoming Netflix horror trilogy, Fear Street.

Panic is set to release on Prime Video on Friday, May 28, 2021, will all 10 episodes of the new drama dropping at the same time.
The show was created, written by, and executive produced by Lauren Oliver, who is also the author of the book the series is based on.
Oliver previously wrote the films Before I Fall and Delirium and she has additionally written the books Rooms, Curiosity House, Liesel & Po, among others.
It isn’t known if this series is intended to be a limited series or if it will leave the door open to continue for a second season.
